However!
I started yoga when I was in my 40s, and since I started to pay attention to my posture, my butt hurts dramatically improved and I am good at long touring.
I want to help those who are riding a motorcycle and can't enjoy it because their hips hurt, those who have a backache, and those who are not good at riding for a long time!
With that in mind, I advocate bike yoga.
