Papahan Films is a young production company set up in April 2008 by M. Raihan Halim and Edmund Dion Lim to produce fun, exciting and thought provoking projects for the worldwide audience. The company's maiden television project, Yazid Pakai Lampin garnered the Best Special Drama at Suria's prestigious Pesta Perdana in February 2009.
At Papahan Films, we set out to produce dramas that are both entertaining and heartwarming at the same time. No matter what genre that we are playing in, the projects that are produced and cultivated in the company...
Currently, Papahan Films have made 3 drama series: Bubble Boyz, Ayah Kat Rumah and 100 Wishes. We have also produced two telemovies, Yazid Pakai Lampin and Big Time In Little Street. We have had great responses for our projects, 'Yazid Pakai Lampin' got us the Best Telemovie award at the last Pesta Perdana, Big Time In Little Street is nominated in Asian Television Awards 2010 and 100 Wishes is currently primed for second season come 2011.
