Zemroy Thomas (13th September 1980), better known by his stage name Da Fuchaman, Is a Jamaican reggae singer, song writer and member of the Rastafari movement.
Da Fuchaman grew up in rural Middle Buxton on the north coast of St Ann Jamaica. His family is from a deeply religious background so it was no surprise that he had started his singing in churches and school. He doesn't view himself as religious but is deep rooted in spirituality which is evidence in his music. He started singing on local sound systems as a teenager gaining credibility in his community and surrounding areas, winning more competitions than he had lost. His main influences were the likes of Bob Marley, Buju Banton, Capleton, Sizzla, Anthony B, Bounty Killa and Beenie Man but to name a few.
Da Fuchaman migrated to the UK in the summer of 2002 and didn't took long before he started integrated in the UK music since.
