FLEX FAM!

IN CASE anyones wondering (probably not) - I apologise for the slight lapse in upload consistency - injuries and now sickness have plagued me the last 6 weeks or so but I'll be getting the next lower body video up over the next few days!...

WHILST WE'RE HERE - once Essentials is wrapped up (16 Workouts) I will looking to diversify this channels content a bit - both out of necessity (losing my filming studio) and creative desire.

I don't want to toil with creating separate channels so will keep everything here. I will aim to maintain a weekly workout upload, alongside more educational content around all things health and fitness. Ya'll have been here for the workouts - thank you so much, truly - and that will continue.

I see the future of this channel as being multi-faceted.

Thank you so much for continuing to show up, I love seeing your participation and feedback every day.

By all means let me know anything you'd like to see, both workouts and otherwise, as you guys are what make this channel.

Howdy gang :)

Just a lil' heads up to introduce a new ongoing series - Snax!

These are nice bitesize movement snacks you can throw into your day if you need a break or feel overwhelmed / strapped for time. 5-10 minutes to keep your joints healthy and happy.

There will be a new training series soon, but I love these movement breaks especially if my mind is feeling icky and I need to break things up and I wanted to share them with you.

Motion is the lotion!

Aloha my friends!

I hope you’re all doing your best out there and feeling good for it :)

- Firstly, uploads lately have been a little thin, as I’m working on a special Nutrition project that will be out very soon so keep your eyes peeled if you want to get on top of your nutrition and get results if that’s something you’ve been struggling with. (It’s free BTW! And packed with so much value. Although there will be an offer presented if anyone would like to join my new group coaching program)

- Flex Awakens will finish after 12 sessions - and I’m seeking some collaboration for bringing something super fresh and special next - I really value your guys input as that is TRULY what matters. 

I want end user experience to be unparalleled. I would like to keep coaching on mic as I think I can provide extra nuance and value to exercises which gives us more options for a rich session.

SO - any suggestions around focus, outcome or deliverability is greatly welcomed as always.

Howdy friends :)

I hope this season finds you feeling healthy and well in your part of the world.

I want to thank you all for a really cool year here, it's been such a special time with so much learning and growing and I've been so grateful for all of you joining us here in this community of good people showing up for themselves week in, week out.

The optimistic locomotion in me believes we will all find our best iterations next year, whatever challenges may find us.

Some updates:

> CyberPump 2.0 finishes its 6 week run this week! I really loved this one - my imagination got to run wild with the production, but most importantly the programming really clicked and I think it's some of the best in class for dumbbell training.
📅 The Calendar is now available in the description of all CyberPump 2.0 videos - nothing fancy; just the 6 week schedule of workouts, with space to tick them off which is a nice visual habit cue. You can export this as a PDF on any device if you wanted; there's also a clickable link to the playlist in the top corner.

> It's going to be a wild few weeks for us all no doubt. I hope there's so hard earned rest on the calendar for you all coming up at the end of the month. My upload plans SHOULD be that of some nice feel good mobility.

> New Year I intend to create a beginners strength training plan to encourage more people to take that first step. This will be a coached series to help people master the basics and start the train moving. One of my favourite things is getting people to start their strength training journeys, but indeed most of my workouts can be pretty intense!

Alas! I wish you all a fine few weeks ahead. Enjoying yourself, and staying active too as much as you can make time for.

As always - what makes this project special is your ongoing collaboration - so please keep all the suggestions and feedback coming as to what we can work on together next.

Hey gang :)

Lil teaser and heads up for a big drop happening next week - and thus the no uploads for this week.

Cyberpump 2.0 will be kicking off next week - 3 workouts per week, focused on building strength and muscle (with some mobility work at the beginning.) These are 40 minute sessions, with some longer work windows in the strength sections, and longer rests to allow you to push harder with loadings and repetitions where possible.

Wild visuals, electronic music and serious gains all await you.

I've filmed the first session and I loved the format. I genuinely think it's the best strength program I've seen on youtube as far as pushing the format is concerned.

I've also worked hard on the edit to make it the most epic experience you can have.

I will drop some more info before it goes live on Sunday (ready for monday warriors).

Hey legends!..

I hope you’ve all had a good week. I’m seeking input on your ideal workout length for my next series that I’m cooking up for a fresh vibe and energy. A sequel to Cyberpump - one of my absolute favourites. This will be potentially the most ambitious workout series so far! It’s going to be inclusive of all the things we loved as we’ve evolved, such as mobility to keep you strong and healthy - with more of a focus on strength and hypertrophy by putting a little more volume of work through the muscles!

We’re going to have some longer work windows and rest periods to encourage some harder sets or heavier lifting on the compound exercises.

The workout split will be 3 x per week - Upper Body, Lower Body and Full Body. This IS enough frequency to make significant progress and see results, if you’re working hard in each workout and trying to progressively overload where possible (more weight, more reps, quality of reps etc).

ALSO - As much as I wish I could, I simply can’t commit to an upload schedule more frequently than 3x per week whilst working full time.

Every time you guys do these workouts, like, comment and share them with someone you know you help move this channel toward the potential of growing to be even better as I hope to one day be able to commit more time to it.

My objective remains providing the absolute best workouts and programs on the internet for free, to help empower more people to get stronger and healthier - and this industry is an absolute mine field of bad information and actors all scrabbling for attention and money.

My vision is that this space will remain not only the best but actually always free, by way of ads and appropriate partnerships as and when the opportunity presents down the line. It’s going to take time to get to that scale - but when I look at what other channels in this space are putting out I’m so confident we will get there.

So thank you again for being early flag flyers - you know who you are!

I just had another memory card immolation so today's lower body session has been lost to the ether. Will be back asap TO DO IT AGAIN but it just means we'll be behind on our usual upload schedule.
