Since 2009, the Indiana Parkinson Foundation (IPF) has been a pivotal force in the Parkinsonâs community, reaching more individuals than ever before. Founded in response to a fatherâs diagnosis, IPF began as a small initiative driven by questions, fear, and denial. It has since evolved into a vital community resource, providing strength and hope.
Every 6 minutes, someone is diagnosed with Parkinsonâs, a chronic, progressive neurodegenerative disorder. While there is no cure, there is hope. IPF supports those with Parkinson's through programs and services that improve physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
Our pillarsâexercise, encouragement, and educationâunite individuals with Parkinsonâs, alleviating isolation. Through our programs, we offer support, resources, and a comprehensive exercise regimen for a better quality of life.
