Some people are sharing their disappointment on "Love Next Door" and here I am will never be disappointed knowing that the whole story is yet to unfold.
First, I won't judge the script for now. We are not yet sure if Hyeonjun really cheated, the whole story will unfold probably in episode 9. If you're going to watch again, the scene where Seokryu saw Hyeonjun with other woman, we still don't know about that if they really kissed or the woman just whisper something to Hyeonjun.
Second, the character Seokryu we all know is not someone who will let her "apparently cheater ex" stay with her. When she said she still love the moments of her with Hyeonjun, I gasp and thought maybe he didn't cheat and the reason behind breaking off their engagement will reveal soon and I think it's on episode 9 while Hyeonjun proposed to Seokryu again.
Third, hating Hyeonjun for being Seokryu's ex-fiancé is normal, but it's not normal anymore seeing your comments that the actor is not good-looking to your eyes. Hate/judge the character and not the actor.
Lastly, this drama labeled as rom-com, it's very normal for a rom-com watching similarities from other dramas. Like okay, if you hate that fact, stop watching.
Ps. Don't judge/hate the drama not knowing the whole story.
