When I was 31 I left Brooklyn, New York and moved to Dallas, Texas. A place Iād never been to. I actually found my apartment through a realtor I found on Instagram. So I knew him and one other person. š°š°
Iāve now been here for 7 years and Iām married, running a business with my husband who moved here from NY 3 years after me.
My in-laws from NY just spent 2 weeks with us in Texas too! š„¹š„¹š„¹

Iāve watched two YouTube videos this week where people are saying thereās no more money in podcasting. What we view as āpodcastsā in 2024 is very different from podcasting a few years ago.

It can actually look like 8 horrible videos, 1 average one, and 1 that actually works for you!

Some people will find content that you share inspiring and some will find the same piece of content triggering.
I think a lot of people donāt post their content because they are afraid of offending someone when what theyāre sharing could possibly inspire someone.
In this case, I do feel like it is important to be very clear on who you desire to impact and then create accordingly. Not everyone will get it and thatās OK.

Chat GPT hack!! I heard someone say that when using ChatGPT, you should ask it to take time to think about the answer before responding. I've been doing this, and I've been getting stellar responses. I see the difference between putting this at the end of a prompt and when I don't. Whew!

Building a YouTube channel is like building long term wealth. The channel (if done well) will keep making you money as time goes, but the mindset for building on YouTube is not an instant one. Itās a longer game which is why less people truly STICK with it.
YouTube = long term and one video can make you money for years.
Instagram = instant and can make you money as you post.
Ps. They can also work very well when used together.
