500km+ into owning the Himalayan 450 and I very pleased with it so far. Amazed with the suspension quality at this price, enabling me to ride longer and enjoy terrain I never could on a street bike.
Honest downsides so far: I’m used to middleweight power on the road so I miss that, but there’s definitely enough unlike the 411. Past 140km/h I already feel like I’m wringing its neck.
Another one, the joystick that controls the digital dash is already prone to getting stuck and not always responding. Other than that, it’s all smiles.

Talk about hard decisions... Been spending time on these three bikes and they each have their outstanding qualities. Picking one for myself is gonna be tough, but I'll keep you posted on how I finally decide.

Finally got to ride the CFMOTO 450MT (Ibex 450) and Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 back to back for a short while on a flat track! Will share my initial impressions very soon.

Finally saw the Himalayan 450 in real life! A quite impressive bike in person, a big change from the 411 I have ridden so much. I will be pestering them for a test ride ASAP, hopefully side by side with the CFMOTO 450MT!
