Meditation promotes wellbeing on so many levels. This channel has been created by Dr Noel Keating to make available a range of video resources for introducing children, young adults and other beginners to meditation. Noel, author of 'Meditation with Children: A Resource for Teachers and Parents', promotes meditation as a universal practice which finds widespread expression across society today in both secular and spiritual contexts. He passionately believes that meditation awakens the heart and gives us access to our inner, spiritual landscape - it changes our way of seeing and, therefore, our way of being in the world. Noel has also created a very useful CD 'Meditation with Children', with Alana Levandoski.
