Going back to some of my favourite videos to film, I'll be posting a Reading Legends and Myths video soon (need to edit it, it takes long), but in the meantime I wanted to make another meditative video, so here it is! This kind of video helps me unwind so much, and I just thought that this could be a really helpful way to have people focus during this Autumn, when stresses start to creep up.

Back to some classic personal attention to gently put you to sleep or relax you~
If you haven't seen this one yet, make sure to give it a listen before bed.
Filming in Bangkok has been complicated because of the noisy city sounds, but I was able to make a little DIY setup to box off the room better and finally tune out the city noise! Happy with how this one turned out, even gave myself some tingles editing :)

Une nouvelle vidéo s'en vient et celle-ci sera en FRANÇAIS! Joignez-vous à la première et dites-moi ce que vous en pensez :) Les déclencheurs ne seront pas TROP rapides, et je chuchote tout au long, vous permettant de vous endormir tranquillement....
Je rajoute un petit détail: malheureusement à Bangkok les bruits sont forts, mais ça fait un petit effet de "white noise" donc j'espère que ça ne vous embêtera pas!
