Welcome to my channel! I’m Kristen (KBodySculpt), and I used to think that running and high-intensity workouts were the only way to stay fit—until I discovered Pilates and strength training. I fell in love with reformer Pilates and have been teaching in NYC for almost three years. Here, I’ll be mixing various forms of strength training and Pilates, to create balanced, effective workouts you can enjoy from anywhere.
