the Mind = A magnificent tool that, most times, separates us from what lies underneath. We attempt to entertain its needs (busy lifestyle, running, stressing) and neglect natural cues in the body.
Flow = Returning to our organic nature and addressing the 'inner world'. Taking a step back from charging the phone and re-charging ourselves.
Your breath = Taking ownership of the transformation and responsibility for Your inner work. Breath unlocks the positive aspects of the mind. The aim is to calm down the monkey mind.
