AKA darkmanjah95. Actually, i was born in 59 (i just flipped the number in my profile). Been n2 fitness and health since 24y/o.I now REGULARLY gym 6 days a week in my home gym lifting primarily for AESTHETICS: (3 heavy days/2 lite days/30-45 sec rest between sets/45min per session only) because being healthy and physically fit, among other things, is crucial for having a full, quality life, in my opinion. UPDATE # 2 (3/22/24) 2 I love MMA and have been, the last few months, sort of teaching myself via IG and YT vids, much like this one brother in the PFL, Andre Harrison, who did the same but eventually, after 3 years of going solo, joined an MMA club. I wont compete bc of my age obviously. I just wanna stay fit (like a rolling stone gathers no moss, kinda mentality). So, i hv my punching bag, gloves, and a few other necessities. Ngl, this "training" is CRAZY good cardio!
