Hey everyone had an idea for a channel ! There is no write or wrong to fitness and people are so incredible in different things such as powerlifting to boxing etc . My idea is to really dive deep into each kind of sport based on feedback ,ides and personal interest. And try out different workout routines or sports for a given amount of time and look at the results .
