When I moved into this micro apartment, I was initially afraid that I'd hit my limit of 'living minimally', but surprisingly it was one of the best things I've ever done for my mental health, productivity and commitment to living intentionally.
Business Insider did a short interview and I'm so happy to share it with you guys! : www.businessinsider.com/millennial-moved-to-japan-…
Here's the video that got this interview started! : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RU9kE...

This is one of those weird things that everyone wants, but everyone expects it to resolve itself.
If you don't make an effort, you're not going to get any results. You don't read finance books, listen to podcasts, talk to people who love finance and are out earning you, you don't grow.
Your frustration and fear stays the same.
Money is NOT everything, but we HAVE to use it for the foreseeable future. Why not get a good relationship with it?

Living with debt is the same as living with someone else's hands constantly in your pockets. You don't get to be as creative, because they're always attached.

Life keeps getting more complicated as we grow. Every decision feels like it must be a success or we've failed.
The only thing that's certain is that staying the same, gets you more of the same numbing, confused feeling you have now but multiplied by time that has passed.
We know it's better to be confused at 19 than it is to be at 40.
This is 'entropy'. The natural descent into disorder that everything suffers. We have to manually correct for it.
Minimalism helped me solve this in my own life. By cutting out non-meaningful things, I got clarity, and clarity gave me permission to release the burden of making all things work. I could focus on only making the important things work to their maximum potential.
Try finding the things that are unimportant annoyances, but taking up mental, physical and emotional space, then make them irrelevant.

Thanks for stopping by! Minimalism helped me get more clarity in life and took away the a lot of the unintentional things that were blocking me from living the life I want. Now I live a life I want much more than I did before. I'm sharing those tools here, so if that sounds good to you, I think you'll like it here.
