This might be controversial to some but there is something important to learn. If you take a coyote and shortly after some pup wanders around looking for its kin or parents, the den might be nearby. The parents might be dead. Rather than these young ones starve, I take them out of the ecosystem. They are chihuahua and cat killers after all.
