Hey everyone, here with a brief general update!

So TTYD just finished up, and I've been thinking lately of things I can do to make some positive changes to the channel. Looking back at what I've done and ahead at what I want to do, there's... well, there's a lot I want to do to put it lightly, but moreover, there's a lot of variety I want to do. And the fact is, I do this channel as much for myself as I do for you viewers, but this does lead to some games that I really want to do that just... don't get much traction (even relative to my generally small size here). Granted, I'm not worried about my numbers on that end per se, but if I upload a whole series that gets basically no viewers, that tells me it's not interesting to most people who already see some of my other stuff, but at the same time, I don't want to not do them, y'know? And while some of these games I do play for *me*, I still want them to be engaging and entertaining for viewers, and to put out content that's more for said viewers. So how to resolve this?

Well

I think the best way to fix this is to simply put out more videos in general! So to that end, I've decided that from here on out I want to try and do 2 series at the same time! I think with my current schedule with work and life, this is something I can manage without sacrificing overall quality, and this means I can give a wider variety without having a stagnant spell, assuming I make the right call on what to play.

That said, main reason I'm making this a community post, is that since I want to make this change, it does require a bit of setup, which means I may have a slightly longer break than normal between TTYD and the next set of games... but I'm fairly sure this will be a 1-time thing. Once I have my flow set up to work with 2 series it should post no further disturbances and in fact may help keep things coming out with fewer gaps overall! Of course, I could be wrong about all of this, and if that happens I can always go back to 1 at a time as I've been doing, and address my concerns about certain game series another way another time, but I'm feeling optimistic!

So yeah, long and short, probably gonna be a slightly longer break than normal while I adjust my setup and workflow, but afterwards expect 2 series to go simultaneously! I'll probably have 1 go live in the mornings where I am, and 1 in the evenings (which is where I normally upload), but we'll see.

Regardless, thanks for reading this, and for watching what you have. I genuinely hope you enjoy both what I've already put out, and what's to come next!

So brief update, Hat in Time is unfortunately taking a mandatory hiatus. Those of you who've been watching the more recent episodes know I've been having some major computer issues which resulted in some weird audio mishaps. Well... the computer having those issues is now flat out dead. And sadly, my replacement computer arrived dead out the box so I need a replacement there, meaning I am physically unable to record anything until it arrives. Which may be a few weeks according to the manufacturer.

I do apologize about this situation. Funny enough, I do have the next episode recorded, but I cannot edit it or even access it without my computer (thankfully I did back it up), but soon as the new replacement arrives Death Wish will be happening! It's the first time I've had a major interruption like this happen and I wanted to keep all of ya in the loop. I appreciate every view and comment ya'll make and am eager to keep the vids coming.

Life just decided to disagree.
