I'm a qualified personal trainer who has worked in the fitness space for 5.5 years and a newly qualified vegan nutritionist. It's my passion to help women feel good within themselves. I spent 10 years being at war with my body, following fad diets, yo-yo dieting and having an unhealthy relationship with food, body and exercise. I have spent the last 2.5 years studying body image, disordered eating and creating a healthy relationship with exercise. I have worked with many clients over the years helping them step away from dieting and instead focus on health and achieving their goals all without counting calories or tracking. I am a leading expert on a brand new un-dieitng app helping thousands more step away from dieting. I am an inspiring vegan advocate for the animals that don't have a voice.
