☀️Hot Weather Warning☀️
Take extra caution for heat exhaustion!🥵 For those in a glass studio without AC here are some general tips.
1. Wear less insulated clothing with less layers. Clothing can trap heat while layering traps air in-between. Don't forget your feet as socks and shoes can be heavily insulating as well.🧦🥾
2. Consider placing a box fan on the floor angled upward️. This will pull cold air off the floor which works well with concrete or similar hard flooring.💨🥶
3. Don't forget extra hydration and nutrition. Replace water lost from perspiration and electrolytes lost from the increased hydration. I recommend orange juice. 💧🍊

We've reached that point again my friend's of a full orbit around our beautiful Sun. It's good to remember although we arrive here again today that every day is always new. Our star itself is on a journey through the great Milky Way making every year new. So like the Sun shine bright on your journey through life.

Winter is starting to roll in and the studio is beginning to freeze over. Video production will be slowed down during these cold months. I plan to still do some 'off the torch' videos but if your wanting to pause your memberships until things ramp back up I understand. Thank you everyone for joining in on this years awesome journey!
