Hey Guys! I'm working on a 10 minute Core Killer. 10 x core moves, 45 seconds per move with a 15 second transition. What do you think? 10 minutes enough for the core? You OK if I make it all Plank Variations, or do you like the single weight moves like my favorite Russian Ab Twist?
