I finally organized all of the Low Impact HIIT's into 4 x 30 day programs, just in time to start this week for March! I hope you enjoy the programs; let me know what you think! I'll continue to upload a new HIIT each week (which are included in the program), and have also added some bonus workouts (including a new low intensity, low impact, no repeat workout to try). Hi Guys - What would you like to see next? This week's HIIT 128 will be Cardio Only (thanks Jennifer for the suggestion!).

Would you like to see another 10 minute core workout? Inner thigh? More glutes? (with or without ankle weights?).

Hey Guys! I'm working on a 10 minute Core Killer. 10 x core moves, 45 seconds per move with a 15 second transition. What do you think? 10 minutes enough for the core? You OK if I make it all Plank Variations, or do you like the single weight moves like my favorite Russian Ab Twist?
