Jeff and Lynn Marchant moved the Marchant Real Estate Group to eXp Realty in the Spring of 2019. The need to personally connect and take an active interest in the success of the agents joining eXp underneath us became apparent as the team began to grow.
So, in addition to all of the amazing training offered on an International level by eXp Realty, we began to host trainings of our own. But more important than these trainings, is the cohesiveness between the agents that they created.
