Dear friends of my channel. I am creating training modifications for you that will change you physically and mentally. Many people should only change very slowly, as any transformation that is too rapid will challenge our national adaptation mechanisms and weaken our ability to survive. If your training does not start at the age of 7, but at an adult age, you have to be very careful. Your training must go hand in hand with your self-exploration, be involved in your own "yoga". I understand yoga as a way to a conscious way of life, which yogis call "enlightenment". I try for myself and pass on my experience. Take my experience and use everything that you can use.
