It's about time I introduce myself, I'm Thea and I manage the Pasta Grannies socials.
You may notice some new activity on the Pasta Grannies channel over the coming weeks as we're trying out shorts again! So keep an eye out for some new posts.

I did a book tour in America in November, and part of that was filming this fun video with Giovanna Bellia La Marca - one of our Pasta Grannies (who also now has her own YouTube channel called Kitchen on the Cliff). The original plan was to have one of Food 52's own hosts present with her., but Dan Pelosi was ill, so I stepped in. I hope you like it!
Today, Pasta Grannies reached 900 000 subscribers on YouTube; exactly 5 years ago I celebrated 5000 and thought that would be about the max! What a lovely lot you are. xx
