Circumstances change our faith into faithfulness.
In this journey called life, we all experience difficulty. Of course on different levels but we all do. Things happen that we can't control which cause us to look for God more than usual.
Circumstances change your faith into faithfulness.
Scriptures you had on your dressing table or printed as cute wall art become tested! When faced with depression, low self-esteem, fear, anxiety, comparison, fear of man etc. These same verses can become our most powerful weapons.
We can find ourselves finally asking the right questions because of what we are going through; waiting for a spouse, waiting for a child, pain, hurt, betrayal, disappointment, broken heart, embarrassment etc. The word becomes the most precious thing, if we allow ourselves to push past the feelings.
To move from having faith alone, to being a faithful Bride to our Bridegroom Jesus, situations and circumstances draw that out. It's not pretty but it's good for us! It causes us to ask: 'do I still trust God even though the situation hasn't changed after years of prayer and fasting?'
In order for us to walk faithfully, we must keep His word close to our heart. There is no other way. Following His path won't be easy, but it will be worth it. We will never walk on a straight path perfectly.
We are all flawed beings, however the Holy Spirit is our helper. He keeps us on the straight and narrow path, helps us to strengthen our faith with the word, so we can endure different seasons and truly love Christ for better or worse. 💍
Prayer 🙏🏾:
"Teach me Your way, Lord, and I will live by Your truth. Give me an undivided mind to fear Your name" - Psalms 86:11 🤍

We’re back with a live fellowship session on YouTube. 💃🏾
Thank you to everyone who submitted topic discussions and also voted for this one. It was by far the most voted for so I’m excited to see you on the live chat with us.
We’re going to be discussing: How do you keep going with God when you feel weary? When you’re weighed down, tired and over it, with all the pressures of life. How do you keep that godly desire for Him going? Quitting is not an option but you don’t know if you can keep going either. So now what?! You’ve been doing the good and trying to maintain a godly outlook but you’re fed up. Through all the discouragement and discomfort how do we keep going for Christ?
This is what we will be unpacking and discussing. Not as experts but definitely from the eyes of disciples desiring to follow Him closely. Come and join the live and edifying chat as we break open the word and see what Father has to say about this.

Living life the set apart / narrow way is not easy on the flesh. You can do all the right things and still get hurt in life. Sometimes for following after the King’s way.
Walking in light/ love is the kingdom way, it feels right in our spirits yet it’s so foreign to our flesh…especially when we are hurt. We’re vulnerable and in that place it’s easy to act in the flesh and say or do things we will have to repent from later. It takes grace and strength to respond in love. It takes grace to keep showing up even though you are wounded. It takes so much spiritual encouragement to keep pressing on. So well done for doing so sis.
The King sees. The Lord affirms us and reminds us that no matter what. He is with us. So even if people slander you. Reject you. Lie on you. Abuse you. Block you. Cheat on you. Look down. Look past and not rate you. It is hard, but we are always strengthened by His presence. He is with us.
Swipe for some verses that can anchor your soul for the future when the winds blow. Save this post and hide these verses in your heart so you can be encouraged today or in a time to come.
