Yin Yoga is a wonderful practice that uses deep stretching to help revitalize your body and increase awareness which results in a greater sense of peace and well-being. It can easily be done by ANY body type and at ANY age. These meditation practices are perfect for both the beginner and seasoned meditators and include mindfulness, yoga nidra and ayurvedic modalities.
Alisa incorporates her 20 year experience as a yoga and meditation teacher to help cultivate connection to one's physical body while allowing a deeper self connection with others. You will gain insights and awareness to subtle energies surrounding you, your loved ones, and your larger community.
