Doug is a professor in the Environmental, Health, and Safety Management program at Northeastern State University. Doug earned his Ph.D. at Oklahoma State University and is a CSP with over 20 years experience in heavy civil construction specializing in bridge, commercial fleet, traffic control, and crane safety. The Environmental, Health, and Safety Management program at Northeastern State University has been designated as a Qualified Academic Program (QAP) by the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP).
