A little about my journey with ASMR- ASMR has been my constant company for many years now while struggling with mental health and a major health issue in 2022. I mustered up the courage and started this channel after wanting to do it for many years. I hope you stick around and I can give you tingles or relaxation in some form!
What is ASMR ? ASMR stands for "Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response." It typically refers to the "tingly feeling" that travels from the head downward that some experience in response to certain sounds, feelings, or descriptions that you can use to sleep or relax.
