If you’re new here, welcome. You may not know that this channel is built on a foundation of philanthropy and service. One of the ways we honor this is by donating coaching sessions, somatic healing experiences, e-books, apps, and more, offered freely by both myself and the incredible guests I interview on the podcast.
Each person who joins me in conversation is someone committed to being of service. Many of them offer 1:1 sessions at accessible price points, making their work inclusive and within reach for a wider range of people. This is conscious care, not gatekeeping.
To enter to receive a donated session, whether from me or one of these beautiful providers, all you need to do is comment on the podcast episode that resonated with you. Let us know how it supported you, shifted your perspective, or sparked an aha moment. Comments must be thoughtful, sincere, and well-articulated.
