Here‘s the shopping list for all recipes (every recipes makes about 3-4 servings):
Staples
1 packet orzo/risoni
1 jar tahini
1 bottle soy sauce
Ginger, garlic, onions in stock 1 packet Ramen noodles
1 bottle tomato sauce (650ml)
1 packet lasagna sheets
1 packet rice noodles (can also be used for the ramen)
1 packet sugar
1 small bag peanuts
1 bottle agave or maple syrup
Spices
1x sriracha
1x miso paste
1x Gochujang
1x tamarind paste (Asian markets will have it for sure)
1 bag dried chilis
Extras
1 pack vegan cooking cream
1 pack tortillas
1 jar vegan mayo
1 pack choc chips
1 coconut yogurt
Veggies/Fruits
1 eggplant
A bunch coriander
1 jar sun dried tomatoes
1x pak Choi
1x kimchi
1 red pepper
2 limes
3 medium bananas
1 bag bean sprouts
1 small can pineapple
1 pack frozen berries
1 (pointed) cabbage
Proteins
2 blocks firm tofu (800g)
1 bag soy chunks (about 150g)
Things you should have at home:
vinegar
