Football hooliganism is a term used to describe violent or unruly behaviour associated with football (soccer) matches. While it is important to note that most football fans are not hooligans and that the majority of football matches are peaceful and enjoyable events, hooliganism has been a persistent issue in some parts of the world.
We in no way shape or form condone Football Hooliganism. We are only interested in the historical implications of the football hooligan events we witnessed as a nation first hand on our TV's or at the match itself.
