At the Brain Health Center ; we are dedicated to wellness of the brain. Our Purpose is to address overral brain health with major focus on mental health ( sleep disorder,depresion,anxiety,addiction,brain nutrition and brain exercises). Our goal through videos is to create a calming environment for the brain to thrive. We are striving for daily individual affirmations in regards to mental growth,social growth,spiritual growth,physical growth and emotional growth through " brain health and thriving". Positive energy for meditation,relaxation,yoga,chanting,reading,sleeping will be directed through calming and relaxation videos plus adult lullaby songs. How do you personally achieve restful sleep or get better sleep? Please commend below. Lack of sleep or deprivation of sleep can kill much faster than lack of food or deprivation of food. Some fascinating facts about sleep;YES! Fish do sleep:-) Giraffe only sleep 2hrs, cats sleep 2/3 of their lives and bats sleep almost 20hrs.
