Who I am? I am Celal Erdogdu. I am real estate valuer, surveyor in Turkey and own and run my real estate valuation and consultancy company. I have real estate valuation license from only authority in Turkey which is CMB (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) and RICS in UK. My company IGD is licensed real estate valuation company and has two license from CMB and BRSA (Banking Regulation And Supervision Agency), igd.com.tr/en
