Hi fellow tall guys! Since a lot of you have been asking, I'm gonna be making the Tall Lifts 1.0 Program available soon on my website talllifts.com
It's gonna include much more detailed explanations, base version (4 day), strength focus version (4 day), hypertrophy focus version (4 day) and some other versions.
Most likely I'm gonna include my own training log inside so you can actually see live what I'm doing on a weekly basis.
I'm currently fixing my website and making it a bit more user friendly so just be a little patient.
And yes, this is all gonna be for free without any tricks, I honestly want to help as much tall guys achieve their goals as possible.
The goal is to make a tall guy community in the future but let's take this step by step.

I don't like to talk about this because I don't want bunch of SJW raid my channel but this was beyond me...
The video from "Infinite Elgintensity" channel about transgender cyclist got taken down because of hate speech. I have seen the video and I can't see nothing wrong with it.
The thing about this transgenders is that they always want to compete with females but never with dudes (they're also dudes) because they know they would never win in a real competition so they want to compete with girls (basically).
When all of the world records in all sports are taken by transgenders from females, maybe then they will go "huh, maybe this isn't fair to females."
What are your thoughts about this issue guys?
