Iā€™m super excited about this 8-week habit-focused challenge, and I want to take a moment to talk about why these daily habits are so crucial to getting the results we all want.

In my years of coaching, one thing Iā€™ve noticed time and time again is that people tend to focus so much more on the end resultā€”whether thatā€™s losing weight, building muscle, or just feeling better overall. But hereā€™s the thing: those results are just the outcome of the work we put in every single day.

Itā€™s not just about hitting a goal; itā€™s about what you do every day to make that goal happenā€”and more importantly, to sustain those results long-term.

Thatā€™s why this challenge is so close to my heart. By focusing on these four key habitsā€”getting enough protein, staying hydrated, getting your steps in, and eating your fruits and veggiesā€”weā€™re building a foundation that makes those big goals possible. These habits are the building blocks of success.

Caught this guy today! After my last post with the 30lb carp I caught Colton and I ventured to one of the places you guys recommended, it was AMAZING!!! We have only went once but canā€™t wait to go back already!! We will never turn down a good fishing spot!
