Iām super excited about this 8-week habit-focused challenge, and I want to take a moment to talk about why these daily habits are so crucial to getting the results we all want.
In my years of coaching, one thing Iāve noticed time and time again is that people tend to focus so much more on the end resultāwhether thatās losing weight, building muscle, or just feeling better overall. But hereās the thing: those results are just the outcome of the work we put in every single day.
Itās not just about hitting a goal; itās about what you do every day to make that goal happenāand more importantly, to sustain those results long-term.
