AGAM Theatre Lab is a company with a mission to create entertaining, innovative and relevant theatre experiences that stimulate the community to think critically about the world around them through engaging high-quality content that inspires constructive and creative self-expression. Founded in 2019 by like-minded theatre veterans and enthusiasts, AGAM produced numerous exciting commissioned works through meaningful collaborations in the last 5 years. In 2022 alone, AGAM produced a total of 11 productions which included 5 sold out performances that reach out to a total of 2500 audiences. It has also cultivated 29 next generation talents in performing and technical theatre and provided 185 jobs to professionals in the theatre scene. Through meticulous and conscientious corporate governance, AGAM is the only Indian Arts Organization in Singapore to have been awarded both Charity Status and recognized as an Institution of Public Character.
