May is Tech month on Sew Along With Jan! Brother brought out the Artspira App a couple of years ago and it is loaded with fun embroidery designs, cutting designs, projects, and printing designs. Join Jan on Wednesday May 1, 2024 at 7 PM Central Daylight time to learn what Artspira can do! We will learn to set up the App on our Android or Apple devices, talk through the different sections of the app, learn about the different tools, and even transfer some designs to our machine or machines. Really fun, easy App to learn to enhance your sewing/cutting/printing experience with your Brother machines!

Hello Everyone! I was scrolling through Facebook this morning and noticed there is a new update for the Dime software and guess what? They added a WIRELESS TRANSFER feature to the software! Woohoo!! It works in all the software except the Free Embroidery Tool Shed and My Fabric Designer. Your machine needs to be wireless enabled (so no Dream Machine/Destiny) but nearly all the newer machines will work. I was so excited, I almost fell off my chair! The instructions for setting up your machine are on the Today screen under What's New, so get your machines set up and start transferring! I hope to add a video soon, but ran into a tech issue to solve first. Great FREE update for the Dime software family!!

Hello everyone! So with much thought over the last few weeks, I have decided to change the Sew Along With Jan live classes from Sunday to Wednesday evenings at 7 PM Central (on Facebook). When I started Sew Along With Jan 4 1/2 years ago (can you believe it's been that long!) my work and personal schedule was really different and Sunday was the only day that worked for me. A lot has changed for me this year and I would like to turn over a new leaf! So, I would like to try out having an actual weekend off (although it is Sunday and Monday) for the first time in many years!! I hope you all understand and will join me for Sew Along With Jan (Facebook Group) on Wednesday at 7 PM Central starting on August 9, 2023. I will continue to upload the videos here on YouTube about an hour or so later so my YouTube friends can join me too! See you soon!
