Born in the eastern part of Rwanda, Bill Rugero, also known as Romally, is a 23-year-old Rwandan Afrobeats and R&B singer-songwriter. He draws inspiration from the world around him and expresses his creativity through his music. Romally began his musical journey at the age of 16 while attending high school. In May 2023, he released his debut single titled "Defaut."
