In case you haven't noticed, I haven’t posted any new videos in the past week because YouTube issued another wrongful strike on one of my videos, resulting in a 7-day publishing restriction. This restriction also applied to community posts, so I couldn’t inform you about it directly.
A few hours ago, the restriction expired, and YouTube finally responded to my lawyer, admitting the strike was a mistake. They’ve now reinstated the video and removed the strike – but it’s frustratingly late, as the 7-day restriction has already passed, and my goal was to have it removed before then.
📌 Important: I usually upload videos daily, so if a day passes without a new video and I haven’t posted a reason, it likely means YouTube has given me one or more strikes again or possibly even deleted my channel.

As many of you may have noticed, I have not posted any videos or community posts on my channels for the past week. This is due to a new strike issued by YouTube for a video that was only publicly available to channel members for 5 minutes. The strike, like previous ones, was issued for violating YouTube's Community Guidelines on nudity and sexual content. According to YouTube, the video allegedly violated the "sexual audio" policy.
Immediately upon receiving the strike, I contacted my lawyer and had a formal response prepared against YouTube. However, it may take some time for YouTube's legal team to review this, as they typically respond after several days or even weeks. Once they do respond, additional clarification may be required, as their staff seems to have difficulty understanding the situation.
As a result, my channel is at risk of being suspended again in the coming days or weeks, as the remaining two strikes needed for a potential suspension may be issued quickly. Some of you might not have noticed, but prior to this strike, YouTube had already removed four of my videos within a span of two weeks as "warnings," all for the same reason.
Please be assured that this is not the first time my channel has faced suspension for similar issues, and I am confident that the strikes will eventually be removed and the channel reinstated if necessary. Nevertheless, until YouTube's legal team responds, anything can happen.
Should I receive another strike during this period, I will be unable to upload or publish videos, or share community posts on any of my channels for two weeks.
