Announcing The Dog Daddy Sanctuary project.
I told you guys I had a huge announcement to make today.
Many of you know that I have been working on this for a very long time. Very impatiently waiting for this day.
I told you guys a big move was coming back in December. However life gets busy and in my life there’s never a dull moment, so it’s not until now that I can take on this new giant project.
This will become the home to the most misunderstood, and overlooked dogs that just need a fair chance to learn or relearn to fit into society. There are several projects planned for this property and developments will begin immediately so we can start to open the doors for dogs who will come to have a safe, enrichment filled place to live while they receive free training and can be adopted our or live peacefully here on the sanctuary.
I will be documenting this entire journey through videos and sharing every moment lived here with you guys. This is the biggest dream finally coming to life.

Last night my worst nightmare happened. Something I could never have seen coming.. At about 3 AM 3 of my older German Shepherds jumped me in my sleep. 2 bit my arms and latched on as they pulled and tugged and a third one bit me all over my body over 13 times! I was completely defenseless, confused and terrified. Usually we all have very peaceful sleep patterns, and no disturbances throughout the night. So to be awoken being mauled was the last thing on my mind. It took me a long time to realize what was happening and start fighting back. Keep in mind this was all happening in complete darkness. With all the screams and barking going on my assistant broke down my bedroom door and turned the lights on, however 2 other dogs blocked him from being able to get to me while the 3 attacking dogs continued to hold me down and bite me continuously. After a long fight we finally were able to lock ourselves in the bathroom until the ambulance arrived. On the way to the hospital I woke up and realized it was all just a nightmare and none of this had actually happened. I took a deep breath and hugged my sweet dogs and went back to sleep.
