Update: things have changed slightly. For one thing, I felt like it was time to update my profile picture, which leads me into the next... I made a video on Half-Life. Might do more, might just start going on a random spree of "Thoughts On" shenanigans. It's not really known.
Details: Despite uploading a video for the final boss script of The Desert Perpetual, the raid of Destiny 2's The Edge of Fate DLC, I don't be uploading another videos on it. All future script videos will be sent to @DestinyMusicMixes as others have previously. I just wanted to do this one because I had a render idea.
Project Helldiver is technically done, but I'm also considering it an ongoing project. Once I have the means to properly sort through all of them, I will upload the tracks I didn't look at previously, as well as reupload the ones I have already done, now certain of things like segment order if applicable or audio quality.
Halo stuff still being looked at.
Trying to push outward a little. Life is in a weird spot. Half-Life feels like pulling me out of my game burnout but there's a lot of life burnout to push through. Hoping to get through that.

Today I published the Final Thoughts On Destiny. This covers my journey with the game and the thoughts I had on each release over time. It's been... several months overdue and has had a couple of revisions to account for the time changes. However, what matters is that it's out now. As I state in the video, I'm not quitting Destiny, just taking a much-needed step back as I gradually detach from the game. It is an addiction, and such things need delicate disconnections.
As stated, I won't be doing anymore Destiny music videos here, but I left out an exception. Custom mixes, as in those not based off in-game scripts, are still possible contenders to be uploaded here, but I tend to keep those to myself as they're often just mood pieces for other projects. All in-game script mixes from here on out are to be forward to @DestinyMusicMixes , a channel that a friend of mine owns.
As for what I'm going to be doing. Well... I've been sitting on a couple projects that have been in waiting since mid-spring. It'll be a total of 16 videos and will be entirely revolving around Helldivers 2. Just a heads up, it won't include boots-on-ground or Super Earth stuff. This is due to two reasons. 1, most people have a grasp on SE music over enemy music. 2, SE music, specifically the extraction music (No Diver Left Behind), uses a familiar layout to Destiny music, which is hard to get a grasp on without sufficient recordings and the same tools. If I find the opportunity, and most importantly motivation, to do so, I will get to them. As for the boots-on-ground stuff, there are like 50 files and it's hard for me to determine information from them, even though they have understandable parts.
Project Helldiver will be covering the variations of the tracks "The Terminid Horde", "The Automaton Legion", and the yet-to-be-released Illuminate track (according to Milan Records it's called "The Illuminate Cult"). This will include 5 Terminid videos, 4 Illuminate videos, and 6 Automaton videos, with a 7th releasing whenever that intensity plays in-game. These will come sometime after New Year.
Still working on Halo stuff, though that will be on a different channel. Learned very cool things from it.
Life hasn't changed much. Still depressed. Still angry. Trying. For those that have stayed with this channel, thank you.

It's been some time. Thoughts on Season of the Wish has dropped and I'm tired as hell. I also dropped the Shattered Realm ambient tracks and will be doing Prison of Elders arena cues next month before The Final Shape. Speaking of, that will be a big time. Not only do I want to one-up my initial First Disciple and Oneirophobia videos, but I will be moving quickly to get all the videos I want out of TFS out of the way before making Final Thoughts on Destiny.
Final Thoughts on Destiny will be my last planned video on Destiny... ever. From then on, I don't really know what I'll be doing. I'm working with some close friends of mine to pull in some Halo stuff, so that's been keeping me relatively busy. On top of that, I've been playing the fuck out of Helldivers 2 and even looking into some of the music there, which will probably have to wait until things happen.
However, expect that, after Final Thoughts on Destiny, things will slow down even more than they usually do. This period of time is confusing for me and the end of my Destiny journey is but a fraction of that. For now, that's what I've been working on/will be working on, some plans for later, and maybe some hope for the future.

So, 2023 was not, in fact, better.
I digress. I told you all last time that I was planning things down the line, and those plans have now yielded fruit. Unfortunately, the encounter scripts are probably the only video types I'll make regarding Destiny music from now on with exceptions like what I did with Oneirophobia the first time around. There are a couple more I plan to upload, but that'll be like next week. I'm kinda tapped out of all kinds of energy right now. I'll try to reinvigorate it for this week for work and gaming but don't expect anything new channel-side.
Thoughts on Season of the Deep dropped, that's still going on. Only three more remaining before that ends.
I'm going to be real, I have no idea what's beyond those things. Everything else I want, or wanted, to do has been on hold for a long, long time. Stagnation has taken hold. I'd say hope for the better but that doesn't usually work so I'll say this, expect at least three more uploads throughout the remaining year. I say these things not to elicit sympathy or pity, but to let you know why things on this channel are the way they are, and why they will continue to be for the near future.
I'm going to keep playing Baldur's Gate 3.

It is 2023 now. It has been a while since I uploaded anything music-related. Despite this, I've broken my silence to upload tracks from The Reckoning. Those who know, know. I'd like to thank @AtlyxMusic (who has recently finished a Christmas album that I'll be linking below) for making this all possible. He's been a very good friend to me for the past few years and I owe him a lot.
Besides The Reckoning, I'm planning a few things later down the line. It'll be nowhere near what I used to do, before or after Beyond Light, but it'll be something I think everyone here will enjoy. In the meantime, I'll be continuing Thoughts On and uploading a few random clips here and there. Oh, and hopefully getting the Lightfall Playthrough up.
I also am planning on working on things with some friends of mine, so stay tuned for news on that. Alas, Project Midnight is still on hold.
2022 has been a rough year, let's hope 2023 is better.

As we are all aware by now, most of the videos on my channel are gone. This is a result of an entity that posed as CSC Global, who then initiated all of the takedowns. My bad, CSC. I'm still keeping my eye on you, but in terms of what happened to my channel, my bad.
This is also a separate situation from the video [we] made a few weeks back regarding the takedown of a certain Prophecy video.
Since the videos for Last Stand and The First Disciple are back up, it's telling that the strikes on my channel are gone. However, all of the videos I deleted remain gone from YouTube. I do have them all backed up, which will play into a plan that's currently in development.
As per Bungie's now stated policy, I will shoot for official approval to continue what I have effectively done for the past year, and what I've technically been doing for years now. I will issue another post when everything is ready to commence, but for now, I urge everyone to hold still.
2022 has not been kind to me.

Well, it's official. All music-related content has been purged from the channel. If CSC takes down anymore it'll be a violation of Bungie's own guidelines a thousand times over what was struck down previously.
I left The First Disciple video up as a test, and it seems CSC went for it anyway. Enjoy what's left of the fruits.

In response to recent updates, the Old D1 playlists will be entirely removed. As in the videos within will be deleted. Project Sokovia involved getting all of them at a higher quality anyway. I do apologize if anyone still viewed them, but I made this account tied to my main email and like a dumbass I thought Google wouldn't be stupid enough to link the two so tightly during their gradual acquisition.
I'm still mulling over what to do with the Old D2 playlists, but at the very least every video within will be unlisted with the playlists still linked in earlier community posts.
EDIT - Deletion will begin tomorrow, unlisting all the Old D2 stuff took a lot out of me. Yes, this is in response to CSC's recent spree. No, I'm not afraid of listing their name. We are past that point.

Please check the community tab for updates, please. I [used to] upload Destiny music but how it [played] in the game. Warning that many of the titles for my videos [were] not real, mostly due to lack official releases for many of them. Many of these tracks do have official uploads with their official names, though. I [now] do other things.
