Abit about me, my mission is to share all the knowledge I've learnt through my journey of delivering Therapeutic work & training to be a Psychotherapist & development trauma informed work in a simple & easy to understand way.
I want to take out all the 'fanciness' of therapy language so it's easy & accessible for everyone
The knowledge I've gained has changed & turned my life around from my own negative past & I want to be able to give that back to the world as this information simply isn't stuff we talk about often enough as a society & how it impacts our everyday life
I always say .... "explain that to me in layman's terms cause I ain't understanding that"
