Nicole has herself dealt with physical issues from her hypermobile shoulders and Thoracic Outlet Syndrome (TOS) symptoms. In addition, her sweetheart has Ehlers Danlos Syndrome (EDS) so she has close and personal experience with the raft of other issues that tend to accompany hypermobility. For many years I've supported people with hypermobility syndrome disorders (HSD) on their journey to reduced pain levels and living life to the fullest.
Although Sheldrake Pilates and Movement offers online and in-person movement sessions to support those with joint hypermobility, the Pilates for Hypermobility channel is part of my effort to make healthcare more inclusive and affordable, particularly in the US and particularly for disabled people.
