About
Hi! We are Nicola Paviglianiti and Ben Langley, a couple of crazy Canadian Powerlifters living life & lifting. This channel is to give you an insight into our training and travels, and yes we have a cute puppy named Jax too. Nicola holds a dual-Masters Degree in International Humanitarian Action, and when she under the bar she runs the charity Lift4Life Worldwide combining her powerlifting and humanitarian heart. Ben Langley is in the Canadian military Airforce as a C-177 Loadmaster. Whether he's travelling the world or eating pizza at home he's always going to lift heavy things.
