I was playing with the Pi5 these past few days and I noticed something interesting about their original custom cooler. Am I wrong in thinking that the heatsink fins should be oriented longitudinal to the exhaust of the cooling fan for better airflow, lower noise and increased efficiency? Why did they do it this way? It's a custom piece so they could have done it any way they wanted to.

And courtesy of Welectron my shiny new Raspberry Pi5 is here! I can't say exactly why, but I'm very excited to have this new model in my hands, it's such an iconic product. (PS: I have pre-ordered this a month ago) www.welectron.com/Raspberry-Pi-5-4-GB-RAM_1

I have this brand new coax with N-connector where the connector outter jacket just slides out when I put even finger tight pressure. Can this be fixed by putting it in a wise and trying to get the c-clip past the third widest ring on the main body to lock it in place? Is that the correct position for locking against the c-clip? Just with hand pressure I can only get it past 2nd ring.

How do you like the new RaspberryPi 5? Depending on the particular test it can be 2-4x faster with 50% less power usage than the Pi4 all while bringing a bunch of new cool features on the board. I can't wait to get my hands on one. (MSRP $60 for the 4GB model). I'm getting mine from welectron.eu/

No video for today but I am evaluating this tablet oscilloscope so I should have a review of this coming up soon. Anything special you want me to test on this unit?
