Simple questions, loaded answers.
There is a self-actualization movement afoot which has people frantically journaling/manifesting/affirming themselves into a state of panic, seeking answers to life's big existential questions. It's exhausting. Sometimes we use complicated questions as an excuse to ignore the simpler ones, which can be more important. Questions like: Who have you hurt the most? What do you wish you knew about your parent, and would it change anything?
Your host is an author/public speaker/tech & finance executive who has flown airplanes, swam with sharks, taught professional athletes, and written four books you've never read. The Release Podcast is her attempt to get philosophically curious, through personal conversations with fascinating people who've done big things, and found ways to give themselves grace.
Because we need each others stories. And we need an emotional release.
