My name is Charlie Pidcock. I am a seasoned sales leader who consistently delivered results. I have managed and developed high performing sales teams and through my career have built longstanding, trusted relationships with customers and other leaders across a variety of industries.
My purpose now is to help leaders and their sales teams put into place key tools to enable smarter decision making and to enable them to build stronger, better relationships with their customers.
I believe that sales teams need to be proactive, diverse and inclusive with a shared purpose of high performance for the business they are in. I believe that accountability, tenacity, trust and empowerment are driving forces behind a good sales team. These are values I hold personally and have found them to be invaluable in building a highly effective sales team.
