Not only does Phil look amazing in our shirt, but he has lived the words written on it through and through. “Nothing worth having EVER came easy,” to Phil Heath. He had to grind day in and day out. He had to push through pain and discomfort. And doing so made him the CHAMPION he is today.

23 years ago today, I watched from the roof of a building in the city that formed me as the Twin Towers came crashing down.
11 years later - in 2012 - I was in a CENTCOM TOC (Tactical Operations Center) not too far from Libya, with my SEAL Team, getting intel regarding the 9/11 attack on Benghazi that was currently under way. Similar to 9.11.01, all I could do was watch and listen as the day passed and TWO TOWERS in the SEAL community (Rone and Glen Doherty) fell; one of which, Tyrone “Rone” Woods who put me through SEAL Training.
Those two reasons and many more are why I will #NeverForget #911

Three years ago I started Kejo with my business partner Bradley Boyce 🤝. We had the random idea of taking inspirational and motivational quotes I had posted on social media and put them on shirts.
Here we are today, with another shirt (Team = Ultimate Weapon) featured on another season of SEAL Team. And despite the rough start, recent downturn in the already bad economy and uptick in manufacturing prices, we’re still crushing sales!

Lapse in security is an absolute understatement. HOLY SMOKES, when doing PSD in VOLATILE FREAKIN WAR ZONES we were able to lock down roofs or avoid having principles in line of sights of multiple elevated positions, and that was with a FRACTION of the bodies SS had yesterday.
The slight turn of the Former President’s head at the right millisecond is what physically thwarted the assassination, but unfortunately led to the death of a bystander.
Good ish on the protectors who did their job after the fact, but damn, looking at this tactically, whoever was in charge of the recon, planning, positioning and prep for this and for the current POTUS and other principles under their care NEEDS TO BE FIRED. Freakin amateur hour.
