Some of you (...about 15 of you) may have noticed that Part 10 of Haskell for Dilettantes went live yesterday; sadly this was an accident and I've pulled it back to Early-Access members-only. The schedule for upcoming weeks of shows going public is:
Haskell for Dilettantes parts 8 and 9: Went live last Friday
Let's Play 3 in Three Part 2: Goes public Friday, September 27
Haskell for Dilettantes part 10: Goes public Friday October 4
Let's Play 3 in Three Part 3: Goes public Friday, October 11
Haskell for Dilettantes part 11 (Lists): Goes public Friday, October 18.
As always, these will all be live for early access members several weeks before the public dates.

New members-only video! As a follow-on to the public "Winning Wizardry" video, here's an hour and half (slightly edited) gameplay of a tool-assisted play through of the first level of Wizardry II: The Knight of Diamonds on Playstation 1, solely for channel members at the "Thanks, peterb!" and higher levels. There's no narration, music, or commentary here - I just recorded my play. For those of you who just can't get enough Wizardry!
This video starts with the importing of characters from Proving Grounds, and ends with acquiring the Knight of Diamonds' Armor. I'm mapping with Gridmonger as I play.

"Dimhaven Enigmas", the forthcoming game by the same team that did the fantastic Quern: Undying Thoughts, is running a Kickstarter. To help give them a little push, I'm making this recording of today's livestream that normally would be members-only available to everyone. Enjoy!

Tea Leaves is all about programming like it's 1979. Join us as we explore programming languages current and obsolete, and explore the challenges of working with retro hardware and software. We also, of course, occasionally explore games from the early 8-bit era of computing.
