Welcome to Math for Mortals!
We will focus mostly on math that leads up to and into areas involving manifolds including the prerequisite courses starting with calculus and going through linear algebra, complex analysis, topology, curves and surfaces and abstract algebra. As the title suggests (or I hope it does), we take a humble approach with all computations written in full detail. In the spirit of this effort we work through the exercises of some major textbooks fully even though this will no doubt be criticized by some. We want to democratize math for self-learners, especially those who don't have access to top schools and courses from the best expert researchers and so on. We believe it is unacceptable by any stretch that one should be held back academically by simply being born in the wrong situation/location.
We also present math book reviews and more!
