Client: Have you gone to inspect the site?
Me: Yes. But I am worried
Client: Why?
Me: Why did you ploughed on such scale? Why do you want to cultivate 100 Acres of Maize?
Client: I am told is profitable.
Me: Do you have any experience in Farming?
Client: No.
Me: Do you have a market for it? Do you have an off taker? Do you have any post harvest management plan?
Client: No.
Me: You may go bankrupt with this pursuit. Farming isn't not for the faint hearted. You can lose all your investments if you do not seek proper guidance.
Client: That's why I contacted you.
Me: Ok. Let's get to business
